Do it yourself in the app

• Get a copy of the data on this device: Profile → Privacy → "Download my data".
• Delete your photo: Profile → My Mirror photo → "Delete my photo".
• Delete everything on this device: Profile → "Reset my data".
• Delete your account and the data stored with it: Profile → My account → "Delete my account".
• Delete synced data: Profile → Link your devices → "Delete server copy".

If you use Mirror as a guest, most of your data exists only on your device. We cannot see it and it is not on our servers.

Make a request

E-mail iletisim@mirroroutfits.com or use the contact form on our website (topic: privacy request). Tell us what you would like (access, a copy, correction, deletion, objection or another right) and include the e-mail address or phone number you use to sign in, so we can find and verify your account. We may ask you to confirm a code sent to it. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission.

Requests are free. We respond within one month in the UK (extendable by two months for complex requests) and within 45 days in the US (extendable once by 45 days); we will tell you if we need more time.

If you are not satisfied

• UK: you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
• US: you can appeal our decision by replying to it. We respond to appeals within the time your state law requires (generally 45 to 60 days). If you are still not satisfied, you can contact your state Attorney General.
