Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Mirror account and your data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

• If you have an account: Profile → My account → "Delete my account". Your account, saved outfits, style profile, remaining credits and device sync data are deleted from our servers immediately.
• If you use Mirror as a guest: Profile → "Reset my data" deletes your photo, try-ons, saved outfits and preferences from your device. If you linked devices, also go to Profile → Link your devices → "Delete server copy".

If you can't access the app

E-mail iletisim@mirroroutfits.com or use the contact form on our website with "Delete my account", from the e-mail address or with the phone number linked to your account. After verifying that the account is yours, we will delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Account (name, e-mail or phone, sign-in methods, sessions): deleted immediately.
• Saved outfits, likes, style profile, device sync data: deleted immediately.
• Credit wallet and remaining credits: deleted immediately.
• Your photo and try-on images: only ever on your device; deleted when you uninstall the app or use "Reset my data".
• Purchase records (anonymous wallet ID only, no name or contact details): kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Store visit records: do not identify you; kept for commission reconciliation.
